Welta Winson Stanglin, age 98, of Denison, TX, passed away peacefully at Beacon Hill Nursing Facility on Friday, March 24, 2023.  Welta was born March 08, 1925 in Colbert, OK to Maxwell Stanglin & Annie (Bell) Stanglin.  He was a life long resident of Bryan County and was well know in the community.  He was a farmer all his working years.  He also proudly served his country  in the United States Army.

Left to cherish his memory is his son; Lynn Stanglin of Denison, Tx.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Maxwell & Annie Stanglin, two brothers; Max and L.T. Stanglin, three sisters and his son; Larry Stanglin.

Burial will be Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Garden of Memory Cemetery, Colbert, OK.
