Verlie Ann Morrissette (84) passed away at home in Sherman, TX on Sunday, August 10, 2025. Born on January 12, 1941 in Hopkinton, RI to Byron A. Wilcox and Maisie E. Wilcox. A devoted mother, she loved family time and arts and crafts. She worked as a medical secretary, and volunteered in retirement at Epiphany Episcopal Church.

She was preceded in death by grandsons Austin L. Rohde and Clifford A. Overstreet. She is survived by her husband Armand (Ron) Morrissette; daughters Valerie (Sheldon) Rohde, Vicki (Rick Dierker) Morrissette, and Desiree (Terrill) Overstreet; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
