Steven Charles Connor SR, age 55, of Gainesville, TX, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.  Steven was born on April 23, 1967 in San Bernardino, CA to Patricia Connor.  He was formerly employed for an Ethanol Factory. Steven was a very caring man and loved his family very much. Steven loved fishing and going out on the back roads for evening drives and his love for every day.  They will miss him greatly.

Left to cherish his memory is his children; Steven Conner JR of Effingham, IL, Heavenlee Conner of Effingham, IL, sisters; Karen Tucker of Carson City, NV and Sherri Conner of Reno, NV, two brothers; Ethan Conner Hodges & Allen of Savannah, GA, Carl Conner Jr & Danelle of Statesboro, GA, five nieces; Ashley Pittner & Frank of Gainesville, TX and Krystal Chick & Monroe of Ada, OK, Jessica, Drew, Alexandria, nephews; Michael, Charlie Jonathan, Carl, III, one grandchild; Athena, great-nephews;  Max, Bentley, Gage, Terrance, Ashton and Landon, three great-nieces; Farrah, Marley, Stormie, other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Betty, thirteen years ago and his mother; Patricia Connor in 2018.

A date for a service will be announced later by the family.
