Shelley Kay (Dillard) Brinkley, passed away February 8, 2025 at Beacon Hill nursing facility surrounded by her family. She was born in Van Alstyne, Texas on October 8, 1951 to John Dillard and Flora Jane (Creason) Dillard. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Ray Brinkley, her daughter, Amy (Bowers) Munroe and her children, Sumerlin and Tucker, her son, William Bowers and his wife, Kelly, and their children, Luan, Logan, and Benjamin, son, John DeWayne Bowers, daughter, Stacy (Bowers) Mayton and her children, Whitney and Stormie, daughter,  Lynda Medina and her husband Gustavo, and children, Kylie, Keaton, Kaleb Xavier, Justin Case, son, Donnie Brinkley Jr, and his son, Daxten, son, Corey Brinkley, and his children, Samantha, Aliki, Phoenix, Orion, and Aurora, as well as multiple great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Marty, Patricia, Dan, and Lora.

Shelley was a loving woman who not only cared for her family, but also anyone who came into her world. She was the woman everyone went to for love, encouragement, and wise advice. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
