Raymond Royce Rinehart Sr. April 9, 1954 – March 26, 2026
Raymond Royce Rinehart Sr., 71, passed away on March 26, 2026. Raymond lived life on his own terms, with a sharp wit, a dark sense of humor, and a personality that made sure he never met a stranger.
Raymond proudly served his country in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. Once a Marine, always a Marine—he carried that pride with him for the rest of his life.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Ann Rinehart.
He is survived by his only son, Raymond R. Rinehart Jr.; his granddaughters, Madison Rinehart, husband Ethan Lee and Mailey Rinehart and boyfriend Wesley Tucker; step-granddaughters Alyssa Parker and Ashleigh Pendleton; and his great-granddaughter, Florence Rinehart-Lee. Step great-grandsons Ryder and Axel Bruce. He also leaves behind a great-granddaughter on the way, Daphne May Rinehart-Lee, whom he didn't get the chance to meet but was already loved. Raymond also proudly claimed Amanda Rinehart as "the daughter he never had."
Raymond was also the devoted companion of his beloved cat Ralph, who stayed by his side for 22 years, and his loyal dog Buddy.
Raymond will be remembered for his quick humor, his dark wit, his ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, and his famous middle fingers that were usually delivered with a grin. He was a Marine to the core and lived life with toughness, humor, and a spirit that those who knew him will never forget.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who crossed paths with him.
