Patricia Ann Rapp, age 72, of Pottsboro, TX, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, December 18, 2022.  Patricia was born on March 23, 1950 in Houma, Louisiana. She was raised in Post, Texas by her parents, Bill and Margaret Dixon. She was a housewife and greatly enjoyed caring for her family and friends.

She had many hobbies and loved to read and sew.  She also enjoyed horses and spent hours tending to them.  She loved shopping, especially for purses.

Left to cherish her memory is her Life Companion; John Geer, her children; Ronald Brent Jackson & Alicia of Pottsboro, TX, and Amy Gage Mihalakis of Pottsboro, TX, her three sisters; Sandy Petree & Joe of Savoy, TX, Frances Carrell of Pottsboro TX, Jame Swindell & Keith of Pottsboro, TX, her brother; Billy Dixon Jr. & Karen of Sherman, TX, six grandchildren; Colton Wayne Jackkson, Tuff Cody Jackson, Tyler Cheyanne Powell, Haley Nichole Gill, Nicholas Wade Powell, Elijah Gage Mihalakis, three great-grandchildren; Jaxton Wayne Gill, Zoie Marie Powell, and Ryland Powell, other extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by  her parents, Bill & Margaret Dixon; her husband; Dale A Rapp, one son; Richard Larry Powell, Jr.

The family will announce a date for a service later.
