Nancy Elaine Taylor, 82 of Durant Ok, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025 at Southern Pointe Nursing Home  in Colbert. OK.

Nancy was born January 28, 1943 in Nowata Ok to CH and Ernestine Hall DeMoss. She married Merle Taylor, July 7, 1961. They had one child, Dean Taylor.

Nancy attended and graduated from Borger High School, Borger TX. She had various jobs including Coors Distributing in Amarillo TX and American Red Cross in Oklahoma City Ok. She loved working and being  around people. She had many life long friends and loved by anyone she met. She loved to paint and had a love of dogs, but mainly bulldogs. She loved to travel in her earlier years.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter-in-law, Davida Taylor of Houston TX. Grandchildren, Maghan Taylor and Bobby Gestner of Victoria TX, Consuela Bland and husband Nick of New Braunfels Tx, Max Taylor of Houston Tx. Nephews, Brett DeMoss and wife, Lynette. Mark DeMoss and wife Susan. Ricky Gage and niece Tammy Gage Stone. Sister-in-law, Sandra Taylor, brother-in-law, Bobbie Taylor and wife Cathy. Many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family and friends

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, CH and Ernestine DeMoss, Husband Merle Taylor. Son Dean Taylor. Brother Rodney DeMoss and wife, Barbara. Sister Dorothy Gage and husband Dale. Nephews, Ricky Myers and Randy Myers
