Nadine E. Welch, 82, was born on September 12, 1943, in St. Louis, Missouri to Samuel Herman Taylor and Elva Lee Biocourt.  She passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in Durant, Oklahoma.  She was a long-time resident of Atoka, Oklahoma.

Nadine enjoyed sewing, baking, Nascar, family and yard selling.  She attended Church of Rock as frequently as possible.

She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel Herman Taylor and Mother Elva Lee Biocourt, her husband Paul Newton Welch, a son and two daughters, three brothers, one sister, one granddaughter, one grandson, one daughter in law, one son in law, one brother-in-law, and two great granddaughters.

She is survived by her sisters Margaret Ann Taylor, Toni C. Snow and Carol K. Jones; Sister-in-law, Rebecca Reynolds; Daughters, Carol Parson, Lesa Maxey and husband Curtis Maxey, and Squirrel White; Son, Donnie Welch and numerous nieces and nephews, grandkids, great grandkids, great great grandkids and many friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Holt, Melody Welch-Ennis, Paul Maxey, Curtis Maxey III, Dustin Parsons, Bobby Parsons, Travis Parsons and Josh Casey.
