Melisha Marie Laird, age 48, of Collinsville, TX passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.  Melisha was born on October 14, 1974 in Denton, TX to Mack Laird and Bobbie (Cannon) Laird.  She was a High School graduate and also attended college.  She was employed with Red Lobster as a server.  She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Left to cherish her memory is her father; Mack Laird of Gainesville, TX, her two children; Austin Chavez of Gainesville, TX and Kiera Erbes of Collinsville, TX, her sister; Amy Riel of Gainesville, TX, her brother; Sammy Laird of Gainesville, TX, other extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Bobbie Laird.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 30th at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church, Collinsville, TX.
