On Tuesday, August 11, 2026 Matilda Beatrice Beal, "Sissy" to some, Granny to most, went to be with Jesus.

Mrs. Beal, 91, of Colbert, Oklahoma, passed peacefully, surrounded by family.  She was born April 12, 1935 in Woodville, Oklahoma to Elnora Cobb and Ruel Blankenship.

She is preceded in death by her husband and "Honey Bunch", B. J. Beal, her mother and father, four brothers, four sisters, a granddaughter and great-grandson.

Mrs. Beal is survived by sister, Glenda Stoltzman, her seven children Johanna Lovell, Jean Knight (Billy) Joseph Beal, Ruel Beal (Susan), Edna Clark, Terry Beal (Vicki) and Jimmy Beal (Janet).  She became Granny to 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.  Also surviving are a multitude of nieces and nephews and cousins.  Beatrice loved her family and was loved in return.  Granny was blessed!

Family visitation will be held Monday, August 17, 2026, from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel in Denison.  Funeral Service will be held at 10 A.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel in Denison.  Burial will be immediately following the service at Garden of Memory in Colbert.
