Martin Joseph Purcell, age 69, of Bonham, Texas passed away on 10/11/2025.

Martin was born on January 11, 1956, in Paraguay to Edward Daniel Purcell and Lois Eileen Jones-Purcell.

Martin is survived by his son, Jeremy Wood and wife Amber, granddaughters Hannah and Kariann Wood, Sisters Lois Leininger, Mary Pat Purcell, and Jeanne Purcell, twin brother Michael Purcell and brother Jim Purcell, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. Martin is preceded in death by Wife Ann Purcell, Mother L. Eileen Purcell, and Father Edward Purcell.

A graveside service will be held on November 14, 2025, at 11:00am at DFW National Cemetery.
