Martha Nell Renfroe, age 74, of Gainesville, TX, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, September 09, 2024.  Martha was born on July 1, 1950 in Quanah, TX to Noah Sharber & Marie Whitmire Sharber.  She was a high school graduate and also attained a Master's Degree.  She was formerly employed as an educator.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory is her children; Janey Dutton of Gainesville, TX, Sandra Thompson & Johnny of Gainesville, GA, Kara Henderson & David of Saginaw, TX, two sisters; Rosie O'Toole of Whitesboro, TX, Teresa Smith & Larry of Whitesboro, TX, her brother; Calvin Sharber & Ivette of Sherman, TX, two sisters-in-law; Ivette Sharber & Betty Sharber, five grandchildren; Tori Thompson, Rylee Thompson, Ethan Thompson, Isaac Dodd, Maggie Henderson, other extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Michael Renfroe in 2002, her parents; Noah & Marie Sharber, her son; Matthew Dutton, brother; Richard Sharber and brother-in-law; Terry O'Toole.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Legacy Pointe Baptist Church, 34309 US-82, Whitesboro, TX  The service is being conducted by the family.
