Marsha Ann Clark, age 74, of Gainesville, TX, peacefully passed away at her residence on Friday, May 10, 2024.  Marsha was born on January 25, 1950 in Eureka, CA to Billie Bishop.  She was a High School graduate and also attended college.  She married Mark Clark.  Marsha was formerly employed in clerical work as a bookkeeper.  She will be greatly missed by her loving family.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband; Mark Clark of Lake Kiowa, TX, her two children; Sean Layco of Lake Kiowa, TX and Cherry Mikeska & Rae of Sherman, TX, her brother; Robert Killey & Anita of Garrison, TX, two grandchildren; Brianna and Zein, two great-grandchildren; Teagon and Finley, other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters; Jane and Barbara.
