Lucille Tate of Sherman, TX passed away peacefully on October 21, 2023 at the age of 97.  She was born on August 21, 1926 in Mabank, TX.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Lucille is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Ronald and Linda Hart, son-in-law; Eldon Donoho, grandson; Casey Hart and wife Kimberly, granddaughter; Laci Hudson and husband Mark, and grandson; Tony Donoho.  She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband; Joe Tate, father; John Robert Hunter, Mother; Corine Bledsoe, stepfather; Marion Elmer Bledsoe, daughter; Sandra Donoho, and several siblings.

A graveside service will be held for family and friends at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, TX on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 3:00 P.M.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the care and compassion provided to Lucille by Texoma Healthcare Center for many years and Heart-To-Heart Hospice during Lucille's final days.
