In Loving Memory of Larry Joseph Russell

Larry Joseph Russell, born on March 6, 1945, to Neva Lee and Fannie Delora Russell,
passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026. He lived a life defined by faith, hard work,
devotion to family, and service to others, leaving behind a legacy that will continue for
generations.

On July 19, 1969, Larry married the love of his life, Vicki (Tate) Russell, beginning a marriage
built on enduring love, friendship, and countless memories made together. They shared a
love of travel and treasured the adventures and experiences they enjoyed side by side.
A journeyman electrician by trade, Larry took pride in his work and was known for his strong
work ethic, willingness to help others, and steady example. More important to him than any
title or profession was his faith. He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints and sought throughout his life to serve God by serving those around him.
Whether through quiet acts of kindness, lending a helping hand, or spending time with
family, he lived the principles he believed.

Larry proudly served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. His military service reflected
the same values that guided his entire life—dedication, integrity, and a commitment to
serving others.

Nothing brought Larry greater joy than his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife,
Vicki Russell; his sons, Sean Russell and wife Sharon, and David Russell (Erica); his
grandchildren, Clay Russell, Tori Russell, and Alexis Russell; his great-grandchildren,
Carson Murray and Lennox Cogburn; and many other cherished relatives and friends
whose lives were blessed by his kindness, friendship, and example.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Neva Lee and Fannie Delors Russell, and his
brother, Kenneth Russell.

Those who knew Larry will remember a man whose life was well lived, whose faith was
steadfast, and whose greatest accomplishments were found not in earthly recognition, but
in the love he gave and the love he received in return. His legacy lives on in his family, in the
lives he touched, and in the memories that will forever be treasured.

Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the promise of eternal families
and in the hope made possible through the Savior, Jesus Christ.
