Kristopher Jacob
Lamar Jr
Mar 17, 2006 — Jan 20, 2025
Gainesville
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Kristopher Jacob Lamar Jr, a beloved son and brother, who tragically left us too soon. Jacob's untimely death on January 20,2025 has left family, friends, and entire communities in mourning.
Jacob Lamar was born on March 17, 2006, in Gainesville TX to Kristopher Lamar Sr and Tabitha Penton-Porter.
Jacob would have been a 2025 graduate of Callisburg High School in May. He was active in sports such as baseball and football. He was also a member of the Wildcats trap shooting team. In earlier years, Jacob attended school in Ringling OK. His positive and outgoing attitude ensured he was never short of friends in any community.
Hunting and fishing were two hobbies Jacob thoroughly enjoyed but his love of loud fast trucks led him to a passion for motorcycles. He was one the youngest members of the Texoma ABATE, an organization raising money for children in need. He loved to have the sun on his face and his dad riding beside him.
Jacob is survived by his father Kris Lamar and wife Ashley, his mother Tabby Penton-Porter, his brother Riley Terry, sister Trinity Lamar, sister Nicole Lamar, brother William "Bug" Hutton, sister Dixie Eubanks, brother Dakota Eubanks, brother Dayton Harding, sister Sarena Harding, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded by in death by Herbert Lamar, Cynthia Lorene Penton Porter, David Lamar, Kevin Dupree, and Shawna Wimmer.
Though Jacob may have left this world too soon, his legacy of love, joy, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His playful spirit and infectious smile have left a lasting imprint, inspiring those around him to embrace life with the same enthusiasm and joy that he did.
May his soul rest in peace, and may his family find comfort in the memories of their precious boy.
