Joe Lee Cloer was born July 7 ,1950.  To Joe Cloer and Loretta (Sharp) Cloer of Savoy Texas.  He was 74 yrs old and had long battle with cancer. He went to school all 12 years at Savoy Schools and graduated in 1968.  He attended Grayson College.  He worked at Texas Power and Light as tree trimmer and moved up to Lineman. Retired from there and went to work for Texas State Parks and retired from there.

He  married Judy Lyn Brown in 1976 and she preceded him in death in October of 2024.  From Cancer.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grand parents Judson and Irene Cloer and Toad and Aline Sharp.

Joe is survived by brother Billy Dale (Pam) Cloer and sister Helen(Troy)Price.  Nephews Chris Howery , Travis(Dori)Howery. John(Sarah) Price and Brannon(Leslie)Cloer and niece Brianne Cloer.  Numerous great nephews and nieces. Also great great nephews and nieces.

As per his request there will be no service.  He will be cremated and buried beside Judy in private ceremony.
