Jeffery "Jeff" Leon Hilliard, age 59, of Denison, TX, peacefully passed away at The Woodlands Place, Denison, TX on Friday, December 29, 2023. Jeff was born on April 17, 1964 in Greenville, MS to Jimmie Leon Hilliard and Geraldine (Adams) Hilliard.  He was a High School graduate and married Lisa Kooy.  He was formerly employed as a stage hand in the entertainment business. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Lisa Kooy of Denison, TX, his father; Jimmie Leon Hilliard of Denison, TX, his children; David Hilliard & Brittany of Denison, TX, Jon Hilliard & Kaylin of Denison, TX, Brandi Hilliard of Sherman, TX, Alexis Hunsaker of Denison, TX, his step-mom; Kay Hilliard, his brother; Jimmie Don Hilliard & Cheryl of Bonham, TX, two step-sisters; Lynn Ward and Monty Halliburton Crosby, nine grandchildren; Ryleigh, Londyn, Zoey, Emma, Ally Mae, Koby, Noan David, Andi Joy, Addilynn Brewster, other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Geraldine Adams Hilliard in 2022.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, 3:00 P.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel, Denison, TX with Steve McMillan officiating.

Family and friends will gather at 831 S. Sam Rayburn Frwy, Sherman, TX, following the service.
