Jason Dee Brines was born August 11, 1974 in San Diego, California to Robert Brines and Judy Allen and was later adopted and raised by his grandparents Eddie and Daisy Brines in Pottsboro, TX. He was called to his heavenly home on Thursday, August 3, 2023.

He grew up on the lake and loved nature and fishing. Jason loved to spend time with his family, especially while watching the Dallas Cowboys or enjoying a backyard barbecue.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Daisy Brines, and a brother, Brandon Haynes.

Jason is survived by his biological parents; siblings: Starla Dutton and husband Christopher of Tioga, TX, Sisters; Shila Hayes and husband Chris of Sherman, TX, Bandy Kent of Fairfield, TX, Brother; Wesley Allen and Gabby of Houston, TX, step-siblings; Amanda Haynes of Sherman, TX, Malinda Haynes of Sherman, TX, other extended family and many friends.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, August 9, 2023, 10: A.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel, Denison, TX, with Richard Gage officiating. Interment will be at Locust Cemetery, Pottsboro, TX.   Family and friends visitation will be Wednesday, August 9, 2023, one hour prior to the service, 9:00 A.M.
