Jack Lee Burchett, age 87, of Gordonville, TX, was called to be with the Lord on Friday, April 28, 2023. Jack was born on February 20, 1936 in Lebanon OK to Paul and Mildred Burchett. He married his wife, Jo, on September 11,1980 in Gordonville, TX. He attended the Kingdom Hall in Madill, OK. Jack enjoyed his church and his family dearly. He worked as a manager at Malouf Co. in Sulphur, OK before retiring. After retiring, he ran an upholstery business from his home, and he was known for his craftsmanship and beautiful upholstery work. Jack also enjoyed doing woodwork, gardening, hunting for arrowheads and just being outside.

Jack is survived by his wife; Jo Burchett, stepdaughter; Kim Harmon of Sherman, stepson; Mitch Yarbrough and wife, Kelley of Collinsville, grandchildren; Kacie Harmon of Sherman, Krystal Lowe and husband, Jacob of Sherman, Brandan Yarbrough of Sherman, Meagan Fanning and husband Joe of commerce, Kyle Bryson of Collinsville, Candace Bryson of Collinsville, Matt Morris and wife, Reshea of Burleson, great-grandchildren; Kaden, Kason, AJ, Ethan, Lady, Levi, Madison, Emilee, Joey, Maddee, Kylie and Grace, other extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Barbara Ann Burchett and Suzie Burchett and stepson; Mike Yarbrough.

Graveside services honoring Jack will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Gordonville Cemetery, officiated by Bob Eaton of the Kingdom Hall of Madill. Pallbearers will be Kaden Harmon, Kason Southerland, David Harmon, Brandon Harmon, A.J. golden and Jacob Lowe.
