Houston Payne Stuckey, age 71, of Sherman, TX, peacefully passed away at his residence with his family near, on Wednesday, July 24 2024. Houston was born on February 23, 1953 in Alexandria, LA to Houston Stuckey and Bernice Syphrett Stuckey.  He was a high school graduate and proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was married to Cathey Wright.  He formerly was employed in the health field as a medical records notary. Houston loved hosting Karaoke night.  He was an excellent singer.  He will be missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife; Cathey Wright of Sherman, TX, his children; Brandon Leonard of San Diego, CA and David Stuckey of Pacific, MO, tow step-children; Jason and Michelle, his sister; Maggie  of MN, two grandchildren; Dustin and Bradley, three great-grandchildren, other family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Houston and Bernice Stuckey and his sister Gracie.
