Haywood  Riggins, age 65, of Denison, TX, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023.  Haywood was born in Linwood, Alabama on October 14, 1957 to Haywood Caldwell and Vera Riggins. He was a High School graduate and formerly worked as a general contractor in construction.  He married Pamela Tuley.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 44 years; Pamela Riggins of Denison, TX, his children; Melynda Riggins & Kenneth Lewis of Dallas, TX, Kirstie Riggins of Denison, TX, Brandon Riggins of Kemp, TX, three sisters; Janice Anderson of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Betty Archie & Johnny of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Joyce Guice-King & Charlie of Milton, FL, three brothers; Samuel Johnson & wife Lisa of Leesville, LA, Robert (Bo) Riggins of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Jeffrey Johnson of Milton, FL, five grandchildren; Kenneth Lewis, Elizabeth Tircuit, Rebekah Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis, Brylee Riggins, lots of nieces and nephews, other extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Haywood Caldwell and Vera Riggins, sister; Roberta Johnson and one grandchild; Braylon Riggins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023, 4 P.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel, Denison, TX with Richard Gage officiating. Family and friends visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 3 p.m.
