Gregory Arlin Sims, age 69, of Collinsville, TX, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, October 10, 2024.  Gregory was born on September 26, 1955 in Las Vegas, NV to Louis LeRoy Sims and Annabelle (Brown) Sims. He was a high school graduate and also attended college.  He married Connie Broyles.  Gregory formerly worked in construction.  He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Connie Sims of Collinsville, TX, his eight children; Dustin Sims of Utah, Jacob Sims & Lyn of Utah, Nathan Sims & Carrie of Ohio, Brooke Sims & Tyler of Utah, Benjamin Sims & Katie of Utah, Ryan Asenjo of Florida, Lexie Lunt & Bryan of Utah, Courtney Cooper & John of Nevada, his brother; Arthur Sims & Leslie of Las Vegas, NV, his sister; LuAnn Sims of Las Vegas, NV, grandchildren; Micah, Ethan, Sam, Sophie Jaxon, Stella, Leo, Eden, Thomas, Lucas, Ivy, Violet, Miles, other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Louis and Annabelle Sims.

The family will announce a date for a service later.
