Frank Devolli, born on August 24, 1953- at 72 years old he passed away Monday evening surrounded by those who loved him. Frank was a hardworking, unforgettable man whose life was built on determination, resilience, and heart. As a teenager, he immigrated from Kosovo knowing no English, yet through grit and perseverance he created a successful life and lasting legacy in the United States.

Frank was a longtime restaurant owner and entrepreneur who gave opportunities to many people throughout the years. He was especially known in Denison as the owner of the beloved Devolli's, an extremely popular Italian restaurant remembered fondly by locals and visitors alike. Through his businesses, Frank not only served great food, but also employed and helped countless people in the community.

Frank was known for his sharp wit, humor, and larger-than-life personality. He was the kind of man you never forgot. If Frank loved you, he loved you deeply and would protect you at all costs. His loyalty was fierce, and his presence was strong.

He is survived by his beloved nephew, Adnan Devolli of Germany, his niece Kimet Devolli -Gutic of Germany, his Sister Myzaqet Peteni of Kosovo, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends whose lives he touched.

Frank also leaves behind generations of loyal customers and countless lovers of Italian food who will remember not only his meals, but the man behind them.

He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Arrivederci Frank
