Donald "Donnie" Dwyane Welch, 61, of Atoka, Oklahoma, passed away on October 2, 2026, in Denison, Texas. He was born May 5, 1965, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Paul Welch and Nadine Welch.

Donnie lived life on his own terms with energy and humor. A true jack-of-all-trades, he loved working on cars, Pontiac Trans-Ams, fishing, Westerns, and music with heavy bass. Above all, he cherished his family and took immense pride in being a dad and Papa.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Jones-Welch; parents, Paul and Nadine Welch; siblings, Barbara Welch, Franke Welch, and Dora Welch; daughter, Belinda Ann Welch; and granddaughter, Bristol Welch.

Donnie is survived by his children: Trina Miller and husband Chris, Felica Allen and Josh Casey, Travis Allen and wife Shannon, and Dalton Welch and wife Brittney; grandchildren: Memphis Allen, Sierra Welch, Savannah Allen, Evani Allen, Ryder Hobbs, Madelynn Allen, Rifle Welch, and Atreyu Welch; sisters: Squirrel White, Lesa Maxey and husband Curtis, and Carol Parson; aunts Carol Jones and Rebecca Reynolds, many cousins, nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his lifetime friends: Larry Campbell and Benji Hasket; and many other friends.
