David Lee Nix, age 68, of Denison, TX, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, July 25, 2024.  David was born on August 02, 1955 in Sentinel, OK to John R. Nix and Virginia Rae (Ainsworth) Nix.  He was employed with Walmart for the last 22 years.  He was known to be a faithful & hard working employee.  He will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his former wife; Pam Nix, his three children; Joshua Lee Nix & Brianna of California, Jacob Wade Nix & Megan of Michigan, Justin Rilly Nix & Heather of Michigan, his sister; Pam Buderus & Troy of Longview, TX, his brother; Dewayne Nix & Dawn of Colorado, three grandchildren; Jace, Jaxon, Allison, other extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Johnny & Virginia Nix, two brothers; Charlie & Royce Nix and his son; Jeremy.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at American Funeral Chapel, Colbert, OK with family officiating.  Family and friends visitation will be held one hour prior, starting at 10:00 A.M.
