David Lee Neal, 57 passed away October 19, 2025 at his family home in Cartwright, OK. David was born November 29,1967 in Denison, TX in the county of Grayson to Charles Don and Linda Sue Neal. David was preceded in death by his parents Charles Don and Linda Sue Neal, brother Joye Wayne, grandparents Merris Gordon Neal and Betty Jo Taylor, Lester Wayne Farrington and Ruby Beatrice Hix-Farrington Uncles Johnny Lee Farrington and Charles "Sonny" Wayne Farrington, aunts Judy Carol Weger and Sherly Ann Pennell.

David is survived by his brother Kelly Don Neal, sister Tracey Lynn Neal-Harris and brother-in-law Jim Douglas Harris. His sons Nathan Andrew Neal, Joshua Taylor Neal, daughter-in-law Jessica Gouskos Neal and granddaughter, Charli Rose Neal.

David was blessed with natural talent. He excelled in high school sports, woodworking and any other subject that sparked his interest. He graduated from Durant Highschool and earned a football scholarship to Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he studied tor 2 years.

David had extensive careers in various trades, from roofing with his uncles, helping his dad weld on various projects, firewood cutting and lastly heavy equipment operator on many construction sites.

David loved his family and believed in having a good time. He enjoyed fishing, pitching horseshoes, and riding atv's in the mountains.

David spent the last years of his life caring for his mother Linda Sue who passed away December of last year.

David will be deeply missed and remembered by many family and cherished friends. May

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 14, 2025 at Fairview Cemetery in Denison, TX at 11:00am with receiving of family and friends starting at 1:00 at his family home at 1594 4th Avenue in Cartwright, OK.
