Connie Sue Whitley, age 68, of Colbert, OK, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at her residence with her family near. Connie was born on August 22, 1954 in Calera, OK to Cleo Watterson and Margurett (Norton) Watterson.  She was a graduate of Colbert High School and a wonderful homemaker for her family.  She will be greatly missed by her loved ones.

Connie went home on July 19, 2023 to be with her beloved husband and other loved ones. She loved her family and you could always count on her to be there when you needed her. She loved yard sales and Goodwill, most of all she was the most loving mother that anyone could ever have asked for to her son. She will be missed dearly here,  but while she leaves us to grieve, she is no longer in pain. I love you momma and that will never change!

Left to cherish her memory is her son; Allen Whitley of Colbert, OK, her two sisters; Vivian McKinney of Calera, OK and Jo West of Colbert, OK, other extended family and friends

She was preceded in death by her husband; Allie Leonard Whitley in 2017 and her parents; Cleo & Margurett Watterson.

Graveside service will be Friday, July 21, 2023, 12:00 P.M. at Mead Cemetery, Mead, OK with Pastor Raymond England officiating
