Colin Vernon Shipley was born on September 19, 1979 in Garland, Texas.  He passed away on August 11, 2025 in Lubbock, Texas.  He was the son of Don and Rebeka Shipley.

He is survived by his father Don and numerous relatives and friends.

Colin was preceded in death by his mother, Rebeka Shipley and his brothers Jeffrey S. Shipley and Don S. Shipley.

Family and friend visitation will be Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with burial Monday, August 25 at 10 a.m.  at Georgetown Cemetery in Pottsboro, Texas.
