Charlotte Gage was born on March 27, 1948 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William B. Waldroop and Gladys Newsome Waldroop. She passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026 in Denison, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Charlotte worked for the Choctaw Travel Center in Colbert, Oklahoma for many years welcoming and assisting visitors to the state of Oklahoma.

Her biggest joy in life was her grandchildren and her great grandchild.  She took advantage of every opportunity to spend quality time with each of them and to be there for their special events and occasions.

She was a member of Coleman Avenue Church of Christ in Colbert, Oklahoma where her family worships.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents William and Gladys Waldroop and her son, Bruce Gage.

She is survived by her husband Richard Gage, son Lucas Gage, sisters Jeanne and Brenda, daughter-in-law Kari and daughter-in-law Mandi. Her grandchildren Jaron, Jax, Mason, Chevelle, Cailee, Parker and Emma-Kate along with her great grandchild Briar.  Also survived by her favorite nephew Vince along with numerous other nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Coleman Avenue Church of Christ in Colbert, Oklahoma.
