Charlotte Beth Doty, age 75, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and family.
Charlotte was born on October 1, 1950, in Van Alstyne, Texas, to Stanley Reynolds and Betty Jo Hurt.

She is survived by her only child, Shannon Grady; her grandchildren, Damian Doty, Xavion Doty, and Darrick Grady; and her great-grandchildren, Storie Raley and Sophia Doty, who were all the center of her life and brought her immense joy and pride. She is also survived by her extended family, including her son-in-law, Darrick Grady Sr.; Damian Doty's fiancée, Adrienne Blackwell; Xavion Doty's wife, Madilyn Doty; her sons, Jackie and Sonni; and her siblings, Everette Reynolds, Allen Hurt, and Robin Carter.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley Reynolds and Betty Jo Hurt, and her brother, Randell Reynolds.

Charlotte was deeply devoted to her family and cherished every moment spent with those she loved. She had a lifelong love of reading, a special affection for cats, flowers, and thrift shopping, and found comfort and joy in life's simple pleasures. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.

A service honoring the life of Charlotte Beth Doty will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at American Funeral Services, 4312 W. Crawford, Denison, Texas 75020.

She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
