Cecil Ray Taylor, age 76, of Spencer, OK, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, August 24, 2023.  Cecil was born on January 27, 1947 in Lookeba, OK to Sherman Presley Taylor & Annie Katherine (Davenport) Taylor.  He formerly was employed in construction, installing carpet.  He proudly served his country in the United State Navy.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his children; Tippy McCarty of Denison, TX, Karena Q'Quinn & Randall of Kingston, OK, Marjeana Ortiz of Denison, TX, Dustin Taylor & Angelica of Durant, OK two brothers; LeRoy Taylor & Linda of FL, Ted Taylor of New Mexico, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Sherman & Annie Taylor, he was also preceded in death by his loving wife Judith Anne Taylor of 43 years also brothers and sister; William, Cecil Jackson, Alvin, Elzie, Don, Presley, Richard, Timmy, Opal, Wanda, Ellen, Elnor Taylor.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, 10:00 A.M. at American Funeral Service Chapel, Colbert, OK with Pastor Joe Beshires officiating.  Family & friends visitation will be one hour prior to service, September 2, 2023, 9 - 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
