On June 22nd 2025 Cathie Lorene Ahalt, Loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully at her home in Pottsboro Tx.

Cathie was survived by her loving husband Byron Ahalt of 45 beautiful years. Children Joshua, Jacob, and his wife Phyllis, Donnie, Carla and her husband Byron. Grandchildren Alex, Kelci, Gavin, Johnathan, Jordan, Jarrod, Lisa, Gabriella, Crystal, Hannah, Andrew, and Samuel. Great grandchildren, Sophia, Zooey, Max, Zachary, Kalea, Joey, Jerzi, August, Eleanor, and Liam.

Cathie was born October 18th 1950 in Delano, CA. in a 24x24 tent, which she was very proud of. She was welcomed into this world with the love of her parents, and siblings whom she loved dearly.

Cathie was known as a God fearing compassionate soul. She loved spending time with her family and more importantly her grandchildren. She taught at St. Pauls' Preschool for many years. Which she was extremely passionate about. Another passion of Cathies was traveling. Cathie and her husband traveled all over the world together. Always enjoying every moment and memory made. She loved to decorate for the holidays, make quilts for her grandchildren and bake delicious goods.

To know Cathie is to love her, she will be greatly missed and got the BEST promotion of all.
