Carolyn (Carol) Jean Scaggs Sacco went home to be the Lord and Savior, Friday June 7,  2024, after her battle with cancer was done.

Carol was born July 8, 1946 to Charles and Lillian Scaggs in Tuscumbia, Alabama. She was a graduate of Lawton High School in Lawton, Oklahoma.  Carol worked many years at Texas Instruments as a QC inspector and retired from MEMC upon it's closing.  While at Texas Instruments, Carol met and married David Sacco in July 3 1993. They have been happily married for just short of 31 years.

She enjoyed watching her Cowboys play every Sunday, regardless of the hearbreak it brought with every season ending.  She was a lifelong Elvis fan, even seeing him in concert once.  Carol also enjoyed visiting casinos and gambling (within limits, of course).  But Carol enjoyed spending time with her family, her daughters, grandkids, great-grandkids and the many "adopted kids" of the four and two-legged variety.

Carol is survived by her husband, David. Her two daughters, Vicki Bennett of Sherman, Texas, Sheila and her husband, Tommy Leasure of Denison, Texas. Grandchildren Courtney Sinor and Danny Nino of Sherman, Texas,  Amanda and her husband, Jason Wilburn of Denison, Texas, Lauren and her husband, Sean Ogborn of Denison, Texas, Taylor Sales and her fiance, Nick LaVergne of Caleria, Oklahoma.   Great Grandchildren, Micheal Dean Sinor, Victoria Free and Emily Nino of Sherman, Texas and Rowan Ogborn of Denison, Texas..

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her brother and sister.

Visitation will be at the home she and David shared, 601 S. Brown Ave; Denison Tx on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 6 until 8 p.m.
