Carol Lee Miller was born on April 5, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, to her parents,Jack and Eunice.  She was a graduate of Savoy High School and married her life-long love, Choice Melugin, in 1961. Carol and Choice raised two children together, Bryan and Shari. Carol had a keen eye and love for design. She was able to use this talent while employed for over 25 years with Home Interiors & Gifts. She was an amazing cook,  and even better baker, opening and running Sugar Time Bakery" from her home. She was also an amazing Nana to her five grandchildren - always patient, kind, loving, with arms open for a hug.  She had a beautiful smile, an infectious laugh, loved black licorice, and anything chocolate.

Carol was preceded in death by her father, Jack Miller, mother, Eunice Neill, step-mother, Dorothy Kimmel; daughter, Shari Ford, and brothers Dennis Miller and Gary Neill. She is survived by her son, Bryan Melugin, grandchildren, Saydi Atnip, Trevor Melugin, Maci Legg, Morgan Malloy, and Kailen Ford; siblings Perry Miller, James Miller, Stuart Miller, Daryl Miller, Cheryce Bartczak, Shanna Alexander; and great-grandchildren Anslee, Kellen, Scarlett, Luke, Lydia, Anson, Remy, Margo, and Flora.
