Caesar Noel Rivera, age 19, of Bells, TX, passed away in Bonham on Thursday, June 26, 2025.  Caesar was born to Manuel Rivera and Lorraine Culbert on February 28, 2006 in Arkansas.  He was employed as a landscaper.  He will be greatly missed by his loving family.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents; Manuel Lee Rivera & Lorraine Michelle Culbert, Brothers : Gabriel Rivera, Nathan Rivera, Ivan Rivera, Manuel Rivera Sisters : Jada Sue Rivera, Nadia Patricia-Rae Rivera, Jessica Lynn Rivera, Grandmother : Emilia Lopez and Cathrine Culbert Grandfather: Manuel Rivera, Great Grandmother: Dorthy Rodela, He graduated from Savoy High School in 2024.

Caesar was an energetic young man, hard worker, and always trying to improve himself in every aspect of his life. Always found being a helpful to those he could. He was very respectful towards others, Caesar was full of life that was taken from him very early in his life, being 19 he still had a lot of life but Due to the circumstances it was short. Caesar you will be missed by all those who have encountered your, presence. You will be truly missed by all of us that loved you.  Most of all your family will truly miss you In loving memory of Caesar Noel Rivera.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 2:00 P.M. AT First Baptist Church, Bells, Texas with Pastor Billy Neal Jr. officiating.  A family and friends visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 one hour prior to the service, starting at 1:00 P.M. at the church.
