Belinda Phillips Giles passed away peacefully at her home on February 17, 2026. She was born on December 18, 1956, in Denver City, Texas, to Benny and Laverne Phillips, who preceded her in death.

Belinda was known for her strong spirit and unmistakable presence. She had a love for adventure and never hesitated to speak her mind. She shared many years of marriage with her husband, Charlie, and together they enjoyed traveling and exploring new places, creating memories through the many destinations they experienced side by side.

She is survived by her husband, Charlie Giles; her siblings, Debbie Bockman, Terry Phillips and Ben Phillips; her sisters-in-law, Linda Frey of Hagerstown, Maryland, and Alice D. Giles of Raleigh, North Carolina; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private celebration of life will be held to honor her memory.
